The Art of Kolrosing - ‘Wood Tattooing’ Workhop

Discover kolrosing—a traditional Scandinavian technique for decorating wood with fine-line designs filled with natural pigments. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cover the basics of the technique, from incising patterns to applying pigment. You’ll have the opportunity to practice your skills and create a small piece to take home. This accessible craft invites creativity, whether you’re new to woodwork or looking to add to your skills.

The class takes place 18:00-20:00 in Kalthoff Axes workshop at Bastugatan 43 in Stockholm.
